Comparison review
The Apple iPad Air has a score of 77.7, which is much better than Apple iPad's 46.9 score. Both of these tablets work with iOS operating system, but Apple iPad Air has a newer 8.x version and Apple iPad has iOS 5.1, giving a couple additional features and a performance increase. Apple iPad Air is a way newer tablet device, and it is also a lot lighter and a lot thinner than the Apple iPad.
Apple iPad Air features a much sharper screen than Apple iPad, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Apple iPad Air also has a way better pixels amount per inch in the display and a lot better 1536 x 2048 resolution. The iPad Air counts with much more storage for applications and games than iPad, because it has 96 GB more internal memory.
The iPad Air counts with a much better hardware performance than Apple iPad, because it has a GPU, a greater number of cores , more RAM memory and a 64 bits processing unit. IPad Air counts with a much longer battery lifetime than iPad. IPad Air takes much better pictures and videos than iPad.
In addition to being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing, the iPad Air is also cheaper than the Apple iPad.
