IPad mini 3 has a global score of 77.4, which is just a bit better than the Apple iPad 4's score of 70.8. The iPad mini 3 construction is thinner and much lighter than Apple iPad 4. Both of these tablets use iOS OS, but the iPad mini 3 has a newer 8.x version while Apple iPad 4 has iOS 7.x version, giving lots of additional features and better performance.
Apple iPad mini 3 has a bit superior processing unit than Apple iPad 4, and although they both have 1 GB of RAM memory and the same number of cores, the Apple iPad mini 3 also has a 64-bit CPU and a faster graphics co-processor working at 600 megahertz. The Apple iPad mini 3 counts with just a bit better looking display than Apple iPad 4, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels, the Apple iPad mini 3 also counts with a little higher screen density.
Apple iPad mini 3 and iPad 4 count with extremely similar memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos, both of them have equal internal storage. IPad mini 3 counts with a much better battery duration than Apple iPad 4.
