Comparison review
The Apple iPad 4 is much better than Asus VivoTab RT, having a score of 70.8 against 61. Apple iPad 4's construction is thicker and heavier than Asus VivoTab RT. The Apple iPad 4 counts with iOS 7.x operating system, and Asus VivoTab RT works with Windows RT operating system. The iPad 4 counts with a lot better screen than Asus VivoTab RT, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher pixel amount per inch of display and a much higher resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels.
IPad 4 features a bit superior CPU than Asus VivoTab RT, because although it has an inferior number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a graphics co-processor. IPad 4 features a superior storage capacity for games and applications than Asus VivoTab RT, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage.
Asus VivoTab RT and iPad 4 both feature quite similar batteries performance. IPad 4 captures just a bit better videos and photos than Asus VivoTab RT, although it has a camera with way less mega pixels, a lower 1920x1080 video quality and a tinier aperture which is not favorable for capturing images and video in poorly lited environments.
Although iPad 4 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Asus VivoTab RT, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Asus VivoTab RT. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the Asus VivoTab RT, and give up a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your money.
