Comparison review
IPad 4 is much better than the Asus VivoTab Smart, getting a score of 70.8 against 58.7. IPad 4's body is somewhat heavier but just a bit thinner than Asus VivoTab Smart. The iPad 4 counts with iOS 7.x OS, while Asus VivoTab Smart comes with Windows 8 OS. The iPad 4 has a much more vibrant display than Asus VivoTab Smart, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with much more pixels per inch of display and a lot better resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels.
Asus VivoTab Smart features a bit faster processing unit than iPad 4, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus VivoTab Smart also has 1 GB more RAM and a much better graphics processor. IPad 4 shoots clearer pictures and videos than Asus VivoTab Smart, although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for low light captures, a lower 1920x1080 video resolution and a camera with a much lower 5 mega pixels resolution.
IPad 4 counts with a very superior storage to install applications and games than Asus VivoTab Smart, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. The Asus VivoTab Smart counts with a battery life that's just as good as the battery life in iPad 4.
The iPad 4 is a lot more expensive than Asus VivoTab Smart, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
