Comparison review
IPad 4 has an overall score of 70.8, which is a little bit better than Google Nexus 10's 68.1 score. IPad 4 counts with iOS 7.x operating system, while Google Nexus 10 comes with Android 5.1 operating system. Although it's the best in this review, iPad 4's construction is just a little bit thicker and just a little heavier than Google Nexus 10.
IPad 4 counts with a bit faster processor than Google Nexus 10, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have 2 processing cores, the iPad 4 also counts with an extra graphics processor. Google Nexus 10 features a bit sharper display than iPad 4, because it has a quite higher pixels density, a quite better 1600 x 2560 resolution and a quite larger display.
The iPad 4 counts with a much greater memory capacity for applications and games than Google Nexus 10, because it has 128 GB internal storage. The Apple iPad 4 shoots much better pictures and videos than Google Nexus 10. Both have the same resolution camera, the same video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate.
The Google Nexus 10 features a much better battery duration than iPad 4.
Although iPad 4 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Google Nexus 10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Nexus 10. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the Google Nexus 10, and give up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
