Google Nexus 10 features a bit sharper display than iPad 4, because it has a quite higher pixels density, a quite better 1600 x 2560 resolution and a quite larger display.
The iPad 4 counts with a much greater memory capacity for applications and games than Google Nexus 10, because it has 128 GB internal storage. The Apple iPad 4 shoots much better pictures and videos than Google Nexus 10. Both have the same resolution camera, the same video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate.
The Google Nexus 10 features a much better battery duration than iPad 4.
