Comparison review
The Apple iPad 4 is much better than Google Nexus 7, having a 70.8 score against 59.3. Apple iPad 4 works with iOS 7.x operating system, while Google Nexus 7 has Android 5.1 operating system. Apple iPad 4 is a just a little thinner but notably heavier tablet than the Google Nexus 7. Google Nexus 7's processor is just as good as the iPad 4 one, and although the Google Nexus 7 has a better graphics processor working at 416 megahertz and a greater number of cores (but slower), they both have the same RAM memory amount.
The Apple iPad 4 has a bit better looking screen than Google Nexus 7, because it has a lot better resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels, a lot larger display and a bit better screen density. The Apple iPad 4 features a lot bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Google Nexus 7, because it has 96 GB more internal storage.
The Apple iPad 4 features a lot better camera than Google Nexus 7. The Google Nexus 7 counts with a much longer battery lifetime than iPad 4.
Although iPad 4 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Google Nexus 7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Google Nexus 7. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy iPad 4, else you can save some money and buy the Google Nexus 7, resigning some specifications.
