Comparison review
IPad 4 has a global score of 70.8, which is much better than the HTC Jetstream's 63.6 global score. The iPad 4 body is noticeably thinner and just a bit lighter than the HTC Jetstream. The iPad 4 works with iOS 7.x OS, while HTC Jetstream has Android 3.1 OS. Apple iPad 4 has a more vivid screen than HTC Jetstream, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot more pixels per inch of screen and a way better 1536 x 2048 resolution.
The iPad 4 has a bit better hardware performance than HTC Jetstream, and although they both have 2 cores and a 1 GB RAM, the iPad 4 also has a faster GPU. IPad 4 has just a bit better camera than HTC Jetstream, although it has a back camera with way less megapixels resolution and a worse 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution.
IPad 4 counts with a lot bigger storage to install games and applications than HTC Jetstream, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. HTC Jetstream has a much better battery duration than iPad 4.
Although iPad 4 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the HTC Jetstream, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the HTC Jetstream. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the HTC Jetstream, letting go a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
