Apple iPad 4 is better than Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD, having a 70.8 score against 62.7. The Apple iPad 4 counts with iOS 7.x operating system, while Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD comes with Android 4.0 operating system. The Apple iPad 4 body is a little bit thicker and heavier than Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD.
