Comparison review
The Apple iPad 4 is much better than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, getting a 70.8 score against 57.6. The Apple iPad 4 counts with iOS 7.x operating system, while Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. Even being the best tablet we are comparing here, the Apple iPad 4 design is noticeably heavier and somewhat thicker than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD.
The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Apple iPad 4, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a greater number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory. IPad 4 features a much better display than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because although it has a little lower count of pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a larger screen and a little bit higher resolution of 1536 x 2048px.
Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with a bit better camera than iPad 4, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same (Full HD) video quality, the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD also has a much more mega pixels back camera and a larger diafragm aperture for better photos and video in low light situations.
The Apple iPad 4 features a superior storage capacity to install applications and games than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has a much better battery duration than iPad 4.
The iPad 4 is a lot more expensive than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, but you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
