Comparison review
Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a general score of 72.2, which is just a bit better than the iPad 4's global score of 70.6. Microsoft Surface Pro 3's construction is just a bit thinner but somewhat heavier than the iPad 4. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 comes with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, and iPad 4 counts with iOS 7.x OS.
IPad 4 has a sharper display than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a quite greater screen density and a bit higher resolution of 1536 x 2048px. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3's processor is very similar to the CPU in Apple iPad 4, because although the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, and they both have the same number of cores, it also counts with more RAM.
The Apple iPad 4 features a lot better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro 3. Both of them have the same (Full HD) video quality, the same video frame rate and a 5 mega pixels resolution back camera.
