Apple iPad 4 Review

Apple iPad 4 is a totally amazing iOS tablet, including a great Dual-Core processor speeding at 1400 megahertz, a 9.7" capacitive screen, and 2 cameras, a 5 mega-pixels back side camera and a 1.2 mega-pixels front camera.

This tablet is a bit heavy for a tablet device of this size, weighting 23.35 ounces. Apple offers this tablet in 2 color options: black and white. Even though this device is only 9.5 inches long, it still manages to pack a 9.7" display. This tablet is just 0.37 inches thick, making it one of the thinnest portable tablets on sale.

The iPad 4 is equipped with a very powerful 1400 MHz Dual-Core CPU, included in an Apple A6X system chip with only 1 GB RAM which is a bit poor considering its awesome CPU. To collaborate with graphic calculations, it also uses a PowerVR SGX554 GPU ticking at 200 megahertz. A good point of this tablet is its huge 128 GB internal memory and whereas it doesn't include an external memory card slot, it is still enough to store hundreds of apps and even the largest games available nowadays without having to worry about how much memory is left.

The iPad 4 has two cameras, a 5 mega-pixels back-facing camera and a 1.2 megapixels front-facing camera. The iPad 4 can also film videos in 1920x1080 (Full HD) at 30 frames per second. In addition, the camera counts with some nice characteristics: digital image stabilization, auto-focus, geo tagging and face detection shooting.

The iPad 4 includes a very good 9.7-inches screen with a 1536 x 2048 resolution, providing this tablet device with a very nice graphical experience. Its screen uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and is multi-touch enabled.

This tablet includes Wi-Fi capability (and it can be shared with other devices as a mobile hotspot), LTE 4G high speed connection type and also HSPA+ connectivity, a lower speed 4G technology and 3G fast internet connection, supported by HSDPA and EDGE technologies. This device uses a Micro SIM card for GSM networks.

This tablet also includes some useful features like Bluetooth (4.0) and GPS Navigation, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.

The iPad 4 is not very cheap considering it is sold for $ 680, while other similar tablets cost a lot less than that. This tablet is probably a very good choice for you it doesn't matter whether you are looking for a social tablet, you love taking pictures, will use this tablet to play games or need a work tablet device.
