Apple iPad 4 Review

Apple iPad 4 is a high quality tablet, coming with a high performance 1.4 GHz Dual-Core processor, a large 9.7" multi-touch screen, and 2 cameras, a 5 megapixels back camera and a 1.2 megapixels front-facing camera.

This tablet comes with a Apple A6X system chip, including an extremely powerful 1400 megahertz Dual-Core CPU and only 1 GB of RAM memory which is a bit disappointing considering the iPad 4's powerful CPU. Graphic rendering generally eats lots of processing time, so the iPad 4 has an additional 200 megahertz PowerVR SGX554 graphic processing unit to help handle those graphic tasks. An amazing aspect of this tablet is the 32 GB inmense internal storage memory and while it doesn't count with a slot for an external memory card, it it is more than enough to install hundreds of applications and even the heaviest games currently available without having to worry about how much storage capacity is left.

Apple offers this tablet in two colors: black and white. Apparently Apple forgot about optimizing the weight in this 23.35 oz tablet. This tablet is just 9.5" long, but it's still able to fit a a 9.7" display. Being just 0.37 inches thick,this tablet is extremely thin and good-looking.

This device features two cameras, a 5 MP back side camera and a 1.2 megapixels front-facing camera. It is capable of filming Full HD 1920x1080 videos at 30 frames per second. Additionally, this tablet device's camera also counts with a couple of nice characteristics: digital image stabilization, auto-focus, geo tagging and face detection shooting.

Apple packed this device with a interesting 9.7" screen, and a 1536 x 2048 resolution, giving this tablet a very good graphical experience. Its screen uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and can detect multi touch gestures.

The iPad 4 provides wifi connection (and it can be shared with other devices acting as a mobile hotspot), LTE 4G high speed internet connection and also HSPA+ connection type, a lower speed 4G technology and fast 3G internet connection, using HSDPA and EDGE technologies. The iPad 4 works with a Micro SIM card for GSM carriers.

The iPad 4 also features some useful features such as Bluetooth (4.0) and GPS (Global Positioning System), and lots of sensors like Light Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.

This tablet is being sold for 330 dollars, not a good offer for a tablet this level. If you need a portable tablet for work, you love taking pictures, need a tablet for playing games or want it mostly for internet broswing and social networks, you will probably be very happy with this tablet device.
