Comparison review
IPad Air is much better than the iPad, having a global score of 75.7 against 47.6. Both devices in this comparison work with iOS OS, but the iPad Air has newer 8.x version and iPad has iOS 5.1 version, offering lots of additional features and some performance improvements. IPad Air is a newer device, and it's also incredibly lighter and a lot thinner than the iPad.
IPad Air has a lot better screen than Apple iPad, and although they both have a same size screen, the iPad Air also has a much better quantity of pixels per screen inch and a lot higher resolution of 1536 x 2048px. The Apple iPad and the Apple iPad Air count with really similar storage to install applications and games, both have exactly the same internal storage capacity.
The Apple iPad Air has a much greater hardware performance than iPad, because it has a 64 bits processing unit, an extra graphics processing unit, a larger amount of RAM memory and a greater number of cores. IPad Air features a lot better camera than iPad. The Apple iPad Air features a superior battery lifetime than iPad.
The Apple iPad Air costs a bit more than the iPad, but you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
