The iPad Air is a lot better than the iPad, having a 75.7 score against 48.6. The iPad Air is a newer portable tablet, and it is also thinner and much lighter than the iPad. These tablets work with iOS OS, but iPad Air has a more recent 8.x version and iPad has iOS 5.1 version, so it provides you lots of additional features and enhanced performance.
IPad Air counts with a much greater hardware performance than Apple iPad, because it has 1 more cores, 768 MB more RAM memory, a 64-bits processor and a GPU. IPad Air counts with a much more vibrant display than iPad, and although they both have a display of the same size, the iPad Air also has a way higher pixel density and a way higher 1536 x 2048 resolution.
The Apple iPad Air counts with as much memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos as iPad, both of them have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory. The Apple iPad Air shoots way better videos and photos than Apple iPad. The iPad Air counts with a really longer battery lifetime than iPad.
The Apple iPad Air costs a little more money than iPad, but you can get a much better tablet for that few extra dollars.
