Apple iPad Air has a much better screen than Apple iPad 9.7-inch. They have the same screen pixel density, an equal resolution of 1536 x 2048px and a same size screen. The iPad Air features a much bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than iPad 9.7-inch. IPad Air has a little bit better performance than iPad 9.7-inch, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Dual-Core processing unit, the iPad Air also counts with a 64-bit processing unit and a GPU.
