IPad Air has an overall score of 77.9, which is slightly better than Apple iPad (2022)'s 74.7 global score. IPad Air comes with iOS 8.x operating system, while Apple iPad (2022) counts with iPadOS 16.x operating system. The iPad Air is a a little bit heavier tablet than Apple iPad (2022), but both of them are equally thin.
Apple iPad Air counts with a bit better looking display than iPad (2022), although it has a quite smaller display and a little bit worse 1536 x 2048 resolution, they both have a better count of pixels per inch of screen. Apple iPad Air has a much greater storage for games and applications than Apple iPad (2022), because it has 64 GB more internal storage.
The Apple iPad (2022) features a little bit better hardware performance than iPad Air, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, and they both have a 64-bits processor, the Apple iPad (2022) also counts with a larger number of cores (and faster). The iPad (2022) features a much better camera than Apple iPad Air, because it has a lot better video resolution, a way bigger camera aperture to take better low light photography and videos and a much better 12 MP resolution camera in the back.
