The Apple iPad Air has a global score of 77.9, which is a little bit better than iPad 9.7-inch (2018)'s overall score of 77. The Apple iPad Air is a just a little thicker tablet than iPad 9.7-inch (2018), but both weight 16.86oz. IPad Air has a much better screen than Apple iPad 9.7-inch (2018). Both have the same screen pixels density, an equal resolution of 1536 x 2048px and a screen of the same size.
The Apple iPad Air features a little better processing power than iPad 9.7-inch (2018), because although it has a lower number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit and a 64-bits processor. Apple iPad 9.7-inch (2018) shoots slightly better pictures and videos than iPad Air, and although they both have the same video frame rates, the same 1920x1080 video resolution and a same size camera aperture, the Apple iPad 9.7-inch (2018) also has a camera with a way higher 8 mega-pixels resolution.
IPad Air and iPad 9.7-inch (2018) feature very similar memory to store more apps and games, they have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage.
