The iPad Air is a lot better than the Asus MeMO Pad 8, getting a score of 77.9 against 61.2. The iPad Air works with iOS 8.x OS, while Asus MeMO Pad 8 works with Android 4.4 OS. IPad Air is a incredibly heavier and a bit thicker tablet than Asus MeMO Pad 8. The iPad Air has a little faster processing unit than Asus MeMO Pad 8, because although it has a lower number of cores and 1 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor and a 64-bits processing unit.
IPad Air features a bit better looking display than Asus MeMO Pad 8, because although it has a little lower pixel amount per inch of screen, it also counts with a larger screen and a bit higher resolution of 1536 x 2048px. IPad Air counts with a greater camera than Asus MeMO Pad 8, and although they both have a back camera with a 5 MP, the iPad Air also has a much better 1920x1080 video resolution.
The iPad Air features a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than Asus MeMO Pad 8, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory capacity. IPad Air has a much longer battery performance than Asus MeMO Pad 8.
