Comparison review
The iPad Air has a general score of 77.9, which is a lot better than the Microsoft Surface Pro's overall score of 63.2. The iPad Air body is newer, thinner and lighter than the Microsoft Surface Pro. IPad Air has iOS 8.x operating system, and Microsoft Surface Pro comes with Windows 8 Pro operating system.
IPad Air has a little bit better performance than Microsoft Surface Pro, because although it has a lower amount of RAM and a worse graphics processing unit running at 600 MHz, and they both have the same number of cores, the iPad Air also counts with a 64-bit processing unit. Apple iPad Air has a more vivid screen than Microsoft Surface Pro, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a better 1536 x 2048 resolution and a greater quantity of pixels per inch of screen.
Apple iPad Air captures way better photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has a lot more megapixels back camera and a lot higher video definition. Microsoft Surface Pro's storage for applications, games, photos and videos is very similar to the iPad Air one, both have equal internal storage.
The iPad Air counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Pro.
Despite of being the best tablet in this comparison, Apple iPad Air is also a bargain compared to the other ones.
