Microsoft Surface Pro 6 has a global score of 81.5, which is slightly better than the iPad Air's 77.9 overall score. Microsoft Surface Pro 6 works with Windows 10 operating system, while iPad Air comes with iOS 8.x operating system. The Microsoft Surface Pro 6 design is newer than iPad Air's, although it's a bit thicker and way heavier.
The iPad Air has a little bit better processing power than Microsoft Surface Pro 6, because although it has a lower number of cores and they are also slower and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a 64-bit processor and a GPU. The Apple iPad Air counts with a more vivid screen than Microsoft Surface Pro 6, although it has a bit worse display density, a way worse resolution of 1536 x 2048px and a really smaller screen.
IPad Air counts with a way better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro 6, although it has a worse 1920x1080 video resolution and a way lower 5 MP resolution back-facing camera.
