Comparison review
IPad Air is a lot better than Microsoft Surface RT, with a general score of 77.9 against 58.4. The iPad Air is a newer tablet, and it is also thinner and extremely lighter than Microsoft Surface RT. IPad Air comes with iOS 8.x OS, and Microsoft Surface RT has Windows RT OS. The iPad Air features a much sharper display than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a way better 1536 x 2048 resolution and a way greater pixels density.
The iPad Air has a much greater storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 64 GB more internal memory. Apple iPad Air features a little bit better processing power than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has less cpu cores and 1 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a 64 bits CPU and a much better graphics co-processor running at 600 MHz.
The iPad Air takes much clearer videos and photos than Microsoft Surface RT, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality and the same video frame rate, the iPad Air also has a lot better 5 MP resolution back facing camera. IPad Air counts with a way better battery life than Microsoft Surface RT.
The Apple iPad Air is a lot more expensive than Microsoft Surface RT, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
