IPad Air has a score of 77.9, which is much better than Samsung ATIV Tab 3's global score of 65. IPad Air counts with iOS 8.x operating system, while Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with Windows 8 operating system. IPad Air's construction is lighter and a bit thinner than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, although both were only released 4 months apart.
Apple iPad Air features a quite superior processing power than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM, and they both have a Dual-Core processor, the Apple iPad Air also counts with a 64 bits processor and an extra GPU. Apple iPad Air features a much better screen than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher number of pixels per inch in the screen and a way better resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels.
IPad Air features a much better storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. The Apple iPad Air has a really longer battery life than Samsung ATIV Tab 3.
