The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 has a general score of 79, which is slightly better than iPad Air's 77.9 global score. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 works with Android 10 OS, and iPad Air has iOS 8.x OS. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3's construction is incredibly newer and somewhat lighter, but way thicker than iPad Air.
IPad Air features a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab Active 3, because although it has a just a bit lower pixel amount in each screen inch, it also counts with a bit higher 1536 x 2048 pixels resolution and a larger screen. Galaxy Tab Active 3 features a bit better processor than iPad Air, because although it has a 32 bits processing unit instead of 64-bits and doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater number of faster cores and more RAM memory.
The Galaxy Tab Active 3 features a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games than iPad Air, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1 TB. The iPad Air has a superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3, because it has an 8820mAh battery capacity against 5050mAh.
Galaxy Tab Active 3 takes just a bit better videos and photos than iPad Air, because it has a way better 3840x2160 video definition and a way better resolution camera in the back.
Although Galaxy Tab Active 3 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than iPad Air, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as iPad Air. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy Tab Active 3, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the iPad Air, giving up some features and specifications.
