Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a global score of 78.5, which is a little bit better than the iPad Air's 77.9 global score. The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 comes with Android 4.4 operating system, while iPad Air comes with iOS 8.x operating system. Although it's the best in this comparison review, we must tell that it's also a a bit thicker and a lot heavier tablet device.
The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2's processing unit is just as good as iPad Air's CPU, because although the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a 32-bit CPU against 64-bits and a worse graphics processor, it also counts with more processing cores and a higher amount of RAM memory. IPad Air counts with a bit sharper display than Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, because although it has a much smaller display and a bit lower 1536 x 2048 resolution, it also counts with a just a little better display pixel density.
The Apple iPad Air has a bit better camera than Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, although it has a worse video resolution and a back facing camera with way less mega pixels resolution. Apple iPad Air features a little bit more memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 features a bit better battery life than Apple iPad Air, because it has a 9500mAh battery capacity.
