IPad Air has a general score of 77.9, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5's 74.3 overall score. The iPad Air works with iOS 8.x operating system, and Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 works with Android 4.4.2 operating system. IPad Air is a thicker and just a bit heavier tablet than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5.
Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a slightly better looking screen than Apple iPad Air, because it has a slightly higher 1600 x 2560px resolution, a bit more pixels per inch of screen and a little bit bigger display. IPad Air counts with a bit better CPU than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because although it has 2 GB less RAM and lesser and slower CPU cores, it also counts with an extra GPU and a 64-bit processing unit.
