Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e is a bit better than iPad Air, with a score of 78.6 against 77.9. Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e works with Android 10 OS, while iPad Air has iOS 8.x OS. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e is a noticeably newer tablet device, and it's also noticeably thinner and lighter than iPad Air. The iPad Air counts with a much better looking screen than Galaxy Tab S5e, although it has a quite smaller screen, a little worse 1536 x 2048 resolution and a just a bit less pixels per inch of display.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e has a very superior storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than iPad Air, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e also has a SD memory slot that holds up to 512 GB. The Apple iPad Air features a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e, because although it has an inferior number of cores and also slower and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a 64-bits CPU and an extra graphics processor.
Galaxy Tab S5e counts with a much better camera than Apple iPad Air, because it has a lot more mega pixels back camera, a bigger diafragm aperture to take better captures in poorly lited environments and a way higher video resolution. Apple iPad Air counts with better battery life than Galaxy Tab S5e, because it has 8820mAh of battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Tab S5e is a better device, it costs more than iPad Air, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as iPad Air. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy Tab S5e, else you can save a couple dollars and get the iPad Air, letting go a couple features and specifications.
