IPad Air is a lot better than Sony Xperia Tablet S, having a 77.9 score against 58.9. IPad Air comes with iOS 8.x operating system, while Sony Xperia Tablet S counts with Android 4.1.1 operating system. IPad Air's body is newer, lighter and a lot thinner than the Sony Xperia Tablet S. IPad Air features a much better looking display than Sony Xperia Tablet S, because it has a way higher resolution of 1536 x 2048px, a quite larger screen and way more pixels per screen inch.
The Apple iPad Air counts with just a little better performance than Xperia Tablet S, because although it has less cpu cores , and they both have 1 GB of RAM memory, the Apple iPad Air also counts with a 64 bits processing unit and a better 600 MHz graphics processor. The iPad Air counts with a little bit more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Sony Xperia Tablet S, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
