IPad Air 2 is much better than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, getting a general score of 79.3 against 60.8. The iPad Air 2 has iOS 8.x operating system, and Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has Android 4.2.2 operating system. IPad Air 2's construction is newer and extremely thinner, but also incredibly heavier than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7.
