Comparison review
IPad Air 2 has an overall score of 79.3, which is a bit better than Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014)'s 75.8 overall score. The iPad Air 2 construction is newer, extremely lighter and extremely thinner than the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014). IPad Air 2 works with iOS 8.x operating system, and Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) counts with Android 4.4.2 operating system.
Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has just a bit better processing power than iPad Air 2, because although it has a 32-bit CPU instead of 64-bits, it also counts with a higher number of cores , an extra GPU and a higher amount of RAM. Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) features a slightly better display than Apple iPad Air 2, because it has a bit larger display, a slightly higher resolution of 1600 x 2560 and a just a little higher pixel number in each inch in the screen.
The iPad Air 2 captures much clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014). Both have the same video frame rates, the same 1920x1080 video resolution and a same resolution back camera. The iPad Air 2 has a much better storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014), because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) counts with just a bit longer battery lifetime than iPad Air 2, because it has an 8220mAh battery size.
Despite of being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, Apple iPad Air 2 is also very cheap compared to the other devices, making it an obvious call.
