The Apple iPad Air (2022) is much better than the iPad 2, with a general score of 81.4 against 62.1. Apple iPad Air (2022)'s body is newer, much thinner and way lighter than the iPad 2. Apple iPad Air (2022) comes with iPadOS 15.x operating system, while iPad 2 has iOS 7.x operating system. IPad Air (2022) counts with a lot better looking display than Apple iPad 2, because it has a much higher pixels number per inch in the screen, a little larger screen and a way higher resolution of 1640 x 2360 pixels.
The Apple iPad Air (2022) has a much better performing processor than iPad 2, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a larger number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory. The iPad Air (2022) shoots way better photographs and videos than iPad 2, because it has a lot bigger camera aperture to take better images in low light situations and a much more mega-pixels camera in the back.
