Comparison review
The iPad mini 3 has a global score of 77.4, which is much better than Apple iPad mini's 68.1 global score. Both of these tablets use the same iOS 8.x OS. Despite being the best in this comparison, iPad mini 3 is a just a little heavier and just a little thicker device than the Apple iPad mini. Apple iPad mini 3 counts with a sharper display than Apple iPad mini, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Apple iPad mini 3 also has a way better count of pixels per inch in the screen and a much higher resolution of 1536 x 2048px.
IPad mini 3 counts with a much bigger memory for applications and games than iPad mini, because it has more internal storage. IPad mini 3 features a faster processing unit than iPad mini, and although they both have a Dual-Core processing unit, the iPad mini 3 also has 512 MB more RAM, a 64 bits processing unit and a much better GPU running at 600 MHz.
The Apple iPad mini 3 and the iPad mini feature incredibly similar cameras, both have the same resolution camera in the back, the same video resolution, the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and a same size diafragm aperture. Apple iPad mini 3 counts with a much longer battery performance than Apple iPad mini, because it has 6350mAh of battery capacity.
The Apple iPad mini 3 is a bit more expensive than iPad mini, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
