Comparison review
The Apple iPad Air has a global score of 77.7, which is slightly better than the iPad mini 3's 72.3 global score. Both of these tablets have the same iOS 8.x operating system. The Apple iPad Air is a way heavier tablet than the iPad mini 3, but they have the same thickness. The iPad Air counts with a little better performance than iPad mini 3. Both of them have a 1 GB RAM, a Dual-Core CPU, a 64 bits CPU and a 600 MHz graphics co-processor.
IPad mini 3 features a little bit better looking display than Apple iPad Air, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1536 x 2048px, the iPad mini 3 also counts with a just a bit greater pixel number in each inch in the display. The iPad Air has a camera that's very similar to the camera in Apple iPad mini 3, both have the same video frame rates, the same (Full HD) video quality, a same size aperture and a camera with a 5 MP resolution.
