The Apple iPad mini 3 has a general score of 75.3, which is a little bit better than the iPad mini 2's score of 75. Apple iPad mini 3 has the same thickness and weight than the iPad mini 2. These tablets come with the same iOS 8.x OS (operating system), so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding that.
The iPad mini 3 and the Apple iPad mini 2 feature incredibly similar screens, they have the same count of pixels per display inch, exactly the same 1536 x 2048 resolution and a screen with the same size. The Apple iPad mini 2 counts with as much storage for applications, games, photos and videos as the Apple iPad mini 3, both of them have exactly the same internal storage capacity.
