The Apple iPad 10.2-inch counts with a bit better screen than Apple iPad mini, because it has a bigger screen, a much better resolution of 1620 x 2160px and a much higher display pixel density. IPad 10.2-inch counts with a superior memory for apps and games than iPad mini, because it has 128 GB internal storage.
