IPad Air (2019) features a bit more vivid screen than iPad mini, because it has a much higher 1668 x 2224px resolution, a really larger screen and a way better pixels count per inch in the screen. The iPad Air (2019) has a way bigger memory to store more apps and games than iPad mini, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity.
The iPad Air (2019) features a superior battery duration than iPad mini, because it has an 8134mAh battery size. IPad Air (2019) takes better photos and videos than iPad mini, and although they both have the same aperture and the same (Full HD) video definition, the iPad Air (2019) also has a back facing camera with lot more mega-pixels and faster video frame rate.
