Apple iPad mini has a global score of 68.1, which is slightly better than the OSCAL Pad 15's 64.4 global score. The Apple iPad mini has iOS 8.x OS, while OSCAL Pad 15 comes with Android 13 OS. Apple iPad mini is a lighter and just a bit thinner portable tablet than OSCAL Pad 15. OSCAL Pad 15 features a quite better hardware performance than iPad mini, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a greater number of cores (and they are faster) and 7,5 GB more RAM.
