The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a better performance than iPad mini, because it has 2 more processing cores, a faster 450 MHz graphics processor and more RAM memory.
Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a much greater memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than iPad mini, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 also has a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB. IPad mini counts with a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, although it has a lower video resolution and a back facing camera with a much worse resolution.
