Comparison review
The iPad mini has a general score of 68.1, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2's 65.7 score. The iPad mini design is just a little thicker but just a little bit lighter than the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2. IPad mini has iOS 8.x OS, and Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 comes with Android OS. Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 features a greater processing power than iPad mini, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with a greater number of cores (and they are faster) and 1,5 GB more RAM memory.
Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 features just a bit better looking screen than Apple iPad mini, and although they both have a same size display, the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 also has a lot better 1536 x 2048 resolution and a much higher pixel count per inch in the display. The iPad mini features a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, although it has a back-facing camera with a lot worse 5 mega pixels resolution, a tinier aperture which is not good for taking images and video in poorly lited situations and a lower 1920x1080 video definition.
Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 and Apple iPad mini have incredibly similar memory to install applications and games, both of them have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage capacity. Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 features a way better battery performance than iPad mini, because it has a 6190mAh battery size.
Although iPad mini is a better device, it costs more money than the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the iPad mini, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, giving up a couple specifications.
