Comparison review
The iPad Air has a global score of 75.7, which is much better than iPod touch 3rd generation's score of 43.2. Even though iPad Air is heavier than the iPod touch 3rd generation, it's just a little bit thinner and also noticeably newer. These devices include iOS OS, but the iPad Air has a more recent 8.x version while iPod touch 3rd generation has iOS 3.x version, so it offers a lot of extra features.
IPad Air has a really superior hardware performance than iPod touch 3rd generation, because it has a 64-bit processing unit, an additional GPU, a greater amount of RAM and a larger number of cores. The iPad Air features a much more vibrant display than iPod touch 3rd generation, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1536 x 2048, a much higher pixels number per inch of screen and a lot bigger display.
