Comparison review
The Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation has an overall score of 62.7, which is just a bit better than Apple iPad 2's 62.1 score. Both tablets in our current comparison work with the same iOS 7.x OS (Operating System). Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation's body is newer, much thinner and a lot lighter than Apple iPad 2.
Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation counts with a way better screen than Apple iPad 2, because although it has a little worse 1136 x 640 pixels resolution and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a lot greater number of pixels per inch in the screen. Apple iPad 2 and Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation have very similar processors, both have a 512 MB RAM, a 400 MHz graphics processing unit and the same number of cores.
The iPod Touch 5th Generation has a very superior camera than iPad 2, and although they both have a F2.4 camera aperture, the iPod Touch 5th Generation also has a much higher 1920x1080 video resolution and a back facing camera with a lot better resolution. The Apple iPad 2 counts with as much storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos as Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation, both of them have exactly the same internal storage capacity.
IPad 2 has a much better battery lifetime than iPod Touch 5th Generation, because it has a 574% more battery size.
Despite of being the best tablet in this comparison, the iPod Touch 5th Generation is also very cheap compared to the other ones.
