The Google Nexus 10 is a little bit better than iPod Touch 5th Generation, getting a 68.1 score against 62.7. Google Nexus 10 counts with Android 5.1 operating system, and iPod Touch 5th Generation counts with iOS 7.x operating system.
Google Nexus 10 features a little better hardware performance than Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, and they both have the same number of cores, the Google Nexus 10 also counts with 1,5 GB more RAM memory. The Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation and the Google Nexus 10 feature very similar displays, because although the Google Nexus 10 has a little inferior number of pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a way bigger display and a way better 1600 x 2560 resolution.
The iPod Touch 5th Generation counts with a much better camera than Google Nexus 10. Both have a camera in the back with a 5 megapixels, the same (Full HD) video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate. The Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation counts with much more memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Nexus 10, because it has 32 GB more internal storage.
Google Nexus 10 features a much longer battery performance than Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation, because it has a 774 percent bigger battery capacity.
