IPod Touch 5th Generation is a thinner and a lot lighter tablet than Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 8-inch (Windows). The iPod Touch 5th Generation works with iOS 7.x OS, while Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 8-inch (Windows) has Windows 8.1 OS.
The Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 8-inch (Windows) and Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation both feature similar displays, because although the Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 8-inch (Windows) has a just a bit worse count of pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a way bigger display and a way better resolution of 1200 x 1920px.
