The Barnes & Noble Nook HD+ has an overall score of 43.3, which is slightly better than ARCHOS 101 neon's 40.9 overall score. These tablets have Android operating system, but Barnes & Noble Nook HD+ has the older 4.0 version and ARCHOS 101 neon has Android 4.2. The Barnes & Noble Nook HD+ is a a bit thinner and much lighter device than ARCHOS 101 neon.

Barnes & Noble Nook HD+ counts with a lot better looking screen than ARCHOS 101 neon, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 1280 x 1920 pixels and a lot higher amount of pixels per inch of display. The ARCHOS 101 neon has just a bit better performance than Barnes & Noble Nook HD+, and although they both have 1 GB of RAM memory, the ARCHOS 101 neon also has a higher number of cores (although they are slower) and a faster graphics processing unit working at 500 MHz.

The Barnes & Noble Nook HD+'s camera is very similar to the camera in ARCHOS 101 neon. The Barnes & Noble Nook HD+ features a superior storage for games and applications than ARCHOS 101 neon, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that holds 32 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory.

Barnes & Noble Nook HD+'s battery duration is just as good as the battery lifetime in ARCHOS 101 neon.
