Asus Fonepad 7 has a global score of 58.9, which is slightly better than HTC Flyer's 58.7 score. These tablets include Android OS, but Asus Fonepad 7 has a newer 5.0 version while HTC Flyer has Android 3.2 version, providing the user some additional features. Asus Fonepad 7 is a noticeably lighter and notably thinner tablet than the HTC Flyer.

Asus Fonepad 7 features a brighter screen than HTC Flyer, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Asus Fonepad 7 also has a better quantity of pixels per inch of screen and a better 1280 x 800 resolution.
