Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is a somewhat heavier tablet than the Asus Fonepad 7, but both have the same thickness. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus counts with a much longer battery duration than Asus Fonepad 7.
Asus Fonepad 7 shoots just a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has a lot higher resolution back-facing camera and a lot higher (Full HD) video definition.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is a better device, it is way more expensive than Asus Fonepad 7, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Asus Fonepad 7. If you are trying to save some money, you can get Asus Fonepad 7, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
