Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) has a score of 61.4, which is better than the Asus Fonepad's 53.9 general score. Both of these devices use the same Android 4.1 OS (Operating System). The Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) is an older and incredibly heavier device than the Asus Fonepad, but Samsung was able to build it a little bit thinner anyway.

The Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) has a much better battery duration than Asus Fonepad, because it has a 7000mAh battery size against 4270mAh.
The Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) has a better camera than Asus Fonepad. They have a 3 mega-pixels back camera.
Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) is way more expensive than the Asus Fonepad, but you can get a better tablet for that few extra dollars.
