The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has a general score of 60.8, which is better than Asus Fonepad's 53.9 score. The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is an older and a little bit heavier portable tablet than the Asus Fonepad, but Samsung managed to make it a bit thinner anyway. These tablets use Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has 4.1.2 version and Asus Fonepad has Android 4.1.
The Asus Fonepad has a little bit better looking display than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have a same size display, the Asus Fonepad also has a higher 800 x 1280px resolution and a higher display density. The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has a bit faster CPU than Asus Fonepad, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM memory, the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus also has more 1.2 gigahertz CPU cores.
Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus's camera is just as good as the camera in Asus Fonepad, both have the same resolution camera. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has much more memory for games and applications than Asus Fonepad, because it has a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 64 GB and more internal storage capacity.
The Asus Fonepad has a little better battery performance than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has a 4270mAh battery size.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Asus Fonepad, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Asus Fonepad. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Asus Fonepad, resigning some specs and features.
