The iPad 3 is a lot better than the Asus Transformer Pad 300, getting a 71.1 score against 54.5. Even though the iPad 3 and Asus Transformer Pad 300 were released only a few months apart, iPad 3's construction is just a little heavier but just a bit thinner than Asus Transformer Pad 300. IPad 3 comes with iOS 6.1 operating system, while Asus Transformer Pad 300 works with Android 4.2.2 operating system.
The Asus Transformer Pad 300 features a bit superior processor than Apple iPad 3, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM, the Asus Transformer Pad 300 also has an additional graphics processing unit and 2 more cores. The Apple iPad 3 features a lot better display than Asus Transformer Pad 300, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher resolution of 1536 x 2048px and a lot better display pixel density.
IPad 3 counts with a bit bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Asus Transformer Pad 300, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with more internal storage.
