The Apple iPad mini 2 has a general score of 77.2, which is much better than the Asus Transformer Pad 300's score of 54.5. The Apple iPad mini 2 has iOS 8.x OS, while Asus Transformer Pad 300 comes with Android 4.2.2 OS. The Apple iPad mini 2 body is newer, noticeably lighter and thinner than Asus Transformer Pad 300.
Apple iPad mini 2 has an incredibly better looking screen than Asus Transformer Pad 300, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a much higher resolution of 1536 x 2048px and a lot better screen pixel density. The Apple iPad mini 2 features a lot bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Asus Transformer Pad 300, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.
The iPad mini 2 counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Asus Transformer Pad 300, because although it has 2 less CPU cores , and they both have the same RAM amount, the iPad mini 2 also counts with a 64-bit processor and a faster graphics processing unit running at 600 MHz.
