Comparison review
The Asus VivoTab RT is much better than Asus Transformer Pad 300, having a 61 score against 54.5. The Asus VivoTab RT has Windows RT operating system, and Asus Transformer Pad 300 works with Android 4.2.2 operating system. Asus VivoTab RT is a somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner tablet than Asus Transformer Pad 300, although both were released with only a couple of months difference.
The Asus VivoTab RT and Asus Transformer Pad 300 have really similar screens, and although the Asus VivoTab RT has a little greater screen pixel density and a bit higher resolution of 768 x 1366 pixels, they both have a display of the same size. The Asus VivoTab RT has a bit bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Asus Transformer Pad 300, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory capacity.
The Asus Transformer Pad 300 features just a bit better hardware performance than Asus VivoTab RT, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Asus Transformer Pad 300 also counts with an additional GPU. The Asus VivoTab RT has a battery lifetime that's just as good as Asus Transformer Pad 300's battery lifetime.
The Asus VivoTab RT shoots a bit better photos and videos than Asus Transformer Pad 300. Both have the same video resolution, a F2.2 aperture, a back-facing camera with an 8 megapixels resolution and the same video frame rate.
